Delivery Steps

1. Diagnostic

We start with a short diagnostic to understand your business. This involves interviewing stakeholders, reading existing reports and walking through your system. At the end of the diagnostic you are presented with a report detailing the maturity of your Reporting & Analytics function. This stage also informs the scope of work to undertake in delivery if you choose to proceed.

2. Delivery

During the delivery phase we work with you across the 3 streams of Data, Dashboards & Decisions. Each engagement is different but typically this will involve the creation of data guides, several financial and non financial reports, meeting frameworks as well as documented work instructions & training on each element.

3. Post Delivery Support

Although everything we work towards is to have you self sufficient at the end of the engagement, we will have regular check ins after the work is completed to ensure the framework remains on track.
